As yoo can see from this picture I have been working owt. I have been developing my shoulders, legs and paws in my quest to become a MANCAT.
The best way to bulk up yoor legs and shoulders is the climbing of the cat tree and also lots of football wif the foil ball. Running up and down the stairs is good too – it’s best if yoo have Ruby chasing yoo as this makes yoo run even faster! Yoo also need lots of protein – espeshully fings like prawns!

I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic: I enjoy running, jumping, leaping from place to place and wrassling with Oliver. All of this exercise keeps me lean and fit. However, the most important thing you can do for your fitness is stretching – it’s crucial to keep you limber and lithe. You can stretch on the floor but I really prefer the uneven surface of a row of books as this really helps with the mid-back region.
